Telemarketer (Fully Remote / WFH)

• Initiate outbound calls to potential businesses to assess their banking and financing requirements.
• Respond to incoming inquiries and deliver clear, concise information regarding the company's offerings.
• Evaluate customer needs and suggest appropriate financing options.
• Precisely gather and enter business data into the internal database.
• Engage with leads to transform interest into scheduled appointments or successful agreements.
• Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and comprehensive product knowledge during all interactions with clients.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in telemarketing or telesales (experience in business loan or financial product sales is advantageous).
• At least a Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Resilient, goal-oriented, and adept at managing rejections.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting while achieving KPIs.
