Client: Banking Sector

Location: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)

Duration: 1 Year, with possibilities for extension

Work Arrangement: In-office (Chulan Tower, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Level 13, No. 3 Jalan Conlay)

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer support, engage with merchants, address inquiries, and facilitate effective communication with clients.

Demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the Customer Allegiance Score (CAS).

Embrace curiosity and a dedication to ongoing process improvement.

Exhibit the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with team members to achieve shared objectives.

Must be open to rotational shifts (24/7), including night shifts.
