Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will bring prior experience in accounts payable operations and must be fluent in Traditional Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and verify vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Oversee payment cycles and maintain adherence to company policies.
• Reconcile supplier statements and address payment discrepancies.
• Keep precise financial records along with complete supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on invoice and payment-related matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance/accounting function.
• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Working proficiency in Traditional Mandarin and English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
