Job Description
About the Role

Our technology stack encompasses various levels, including Kubernetes, Terraform, Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, and Golang.
Your role will involve creating automated CI/CD tools that enable Product Development teams to efficiently launch their expanding range of products—correctly, safely, and at high speed. Join our incredible team of visionaries and industry innovators as we work to transform the traditional finance sector!

- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support our production Kubernetes environment hosted on AWS.
- Continuously enhance our system's resiliency by creating self-healing, self-assembling infrastructure; actively conducting load tests and Chaos Engineering experiments.
- Analyze issues with a focus on immediate resolutions as well as implementing changes and automation to prevent future incidents.
- Maintain a constant focus on security, contributing to the overall enhancement of the intrinsic security of the production system.
- Ensure that both internal and external SLAs are met or exceeded, and that system-centric KPIs are monitored and improved consistently.
- Consult with and support Product Teams in achieving their OKRs related to Availability and Service Excellence.
- Manage daily operations, including onboarding, offboarding, access permission management, and maintenance of shared tools such as CI/CD and artifact repositories.
- Review and assess architecture across teams to ensure the propagation of best practices throughout the organization.
About You:
- Familiar with cloud IaaS (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Experience in Linux administration (CoreOS or any other Linux distribution).
- Knowledge of Linux containers, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and immutable infrastructure.
- Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles and technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Ability to learn swiftly, think critically, and make quick decisions based on measured data under pressure.
- Excellent communicator capable of guiding teams through troubleshooting and optimizing production performance issues.
- Proficient in writing tools in Go or willing to learn for operational use.
- Familiarity with industry best practices regarding information security.
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience working with high-performance and highly available distributed systems.
