Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the automation testing activities for multiple projects within the team.
• Design, create, and maintain automated test scripts utilizing industry-leading tools and frameworks.
• Work closely with development teams to comprehend application functionalities and enhance test coverage.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects, collaborating with the development team to ensure prompt resolution.
• Examine and assess system specifications to confirm adherence to quality assurance processes.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior testers in automation tools and practices.
• Continuously enhance automation testing processes and methodologies within the team.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test data aligned with project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in automation testing and quality assurance.
• Proficient in automation testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong programming capabilities in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
• Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Aptitude for analyzing complex requirements and formulating suitable test strategies.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
