Dynamic CRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deliver, and provide support for application solutions, focusing primarily on Microsoft Dynamics and applications related to the banking sector.
• Execute comprehensive application development tasks, which include detailed design, coding, unit testing (UT), system testing (ST), system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and defect resolution.
• Build and configure Microsoft Dynamics solutions utilizing Dataverse, Workflows, Plugins, Channel Integration Framework, and additional Dynamics components.
• Design and implement integrations using C#/.NET, REST, SOAP, KingswaySoft, SSIS, and Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
• Create detailed design documents (DLD), technical documentation, test plans, test scripts, and unit test cases while ensuring adherence to SDLC, IT security protocols, coding practices, and development standards.
• Conduct code reviews, perform impact analysis, provide estimations, execute data extraction, debugging, and enhance application performance in response to IT service requests (ITSRs).
• Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Testing and Support teams to analyze and resolve defects, manage changes, and deliver high-quality solutions within established project timelines.
• A minimum of 3–7 years of experience in application development and Microsoft Dynamics implementation, preferably in the banking industry, with strong skills in C#/.NET, JavaScript/HTML, integration, analytical abilities, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
