Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Software Developer specializing in IBM BAW/FileNet to design, implement, enhance, and support enterprise-level workflow and case management solutions within the EWF – Enterprise Workflow platform. This position demands extensive hands-on proficiency with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)/IBM BPM, IBM FileNet, Java, JavaScript/Dojo, SQL, and Oracle. The successful candidate will focus on enterprise workflow automation, application integration, document management, production support, and performance enhancement in an Open Systems environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise workflow applications utilizing IBM BAW / IBM BPM.

• Configure and develop workflow, business processes, and case management solutions aligned with business and technical specifications.

• Engage extensively with IBM BPM / Case Manager and IBM FileNet platforms.

• Create and sustain Java-based application components and their integrations.

• Design and customize user interfaces leveraging JavaScript and Dojo.

• Architect and implement integrations between workflow applications, FileNet, databases, and other enterprise systems.

• Formulate complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions using Oracle.

• Execute application troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and production support tasks.

• Evaluate technical requirements and convert them into scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Lead code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.

• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

• Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA, Infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders.

• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

• Prepare and maintain solution designs, technical specifications, deployment guides, and support documentation.

• Participate in application performance tuning, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skill Set

• 7+ years of experience in software development, particularly in enterprise application development.

• Extensive hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM.

• Mandatory experience with IBM BPM / Case Manager.

• Strong practical knowledge of IBM FileNet.

• Proficient programming skills in Java.

• Solid experience with JavaScript and Dojo.

• Strong SQL development and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Experience with Oracle databases.

• Familiarity with Open Systems environments.

• Proven experience in application integration, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with code reviews, technical documentation, performance tuning, and application optimization.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in supporting enterprise workflow platforms in production settings.

• Familiarity with application release and deployment management.
