Deposit Portfolio Manager

Position Overview

• To enhance and support business units in achieving the Deposit budget for the division.
• To formulate and execute business plans and strategies, including campaigns, events, and more.
• Compile and generate monthly reports regarding Deposit sales performance for the Business Banking division.
• Serve as a communication liaison between Transaction Banking, Islamic Banking, Operations, and Marketing departments to meet division objectives.
• Advocate for Deposit products within BB departments and branches through the management of various campaigns, incentive schemes, training support, and other initiatives.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in deposit products.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all management levels within the Bank.
• Excellent team player, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
