Executive Technical Support (Thai and English Language Support)

Key Responsibilities of the Position:

• As an L1.0 Technical Support representative, your primary focus will be to provide outstanding technical assistance and customer service to users and clients of Lenovo.
• Handle incoming calls and digital communications to support customers and clients encountering technical challenges related to everyday use of computers (desktop, laptop, tablet, and other associated devices).
• Manage cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring to follow up and keep customers informed about the status of their cases, while delivering exceptional service.
• Stay updated on new processes and product launches by reviewing updates, exploring product documentation, and engaging in team meetings, training sessions, forums, and discussions.
• Offer constructive feedback to Team Leaders/CC managers regarding potential areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

• Possession of a Degree, Diploma, or an equivalent professional qualification; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Thai – ability to Speak, Read, and Write fluently.
• Familiarity with the hardware and technology of desktops, laptops, and tablets.
• Strong technical knowledge accompanied by effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suites.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to teamwork dynamics while effectively contributing expertise and adhering to leadership guidance when necessary.
