Work Arrangement: On-site (Chulan Tower, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Level 13, No. 3 Jalan Conlay)

Deliver exceptional customer support, engage with merchants, manage inquiries, and facilitate effective communication with clients.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing the Customer Allegiance Score (CAS).
Embrace a mindset focused on continuous process enhancement and improvement.
Exhibit independence in work while also fostering collaboration with team members to achieve collective objectives.
Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts (24/7), including various shift patterns.
