Head of IT

• Guide the IT division in strategizing, executing, and managing technological solutions that cater to our various business sectors, including construction, property development, and beyond.
• Create and implement a robust IT strategy that aligns with the overarching goals and objectives of the organization.
• Direct and propel IT transformation projects across the group, guaranteeing peak performance, security, and reliability.
• Lead and develop the IT team, promoting a culture of continuous enhancement and professional development.
• Work in partnership with other departments to assess technology requirements and deliver innovative solutions that boost operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards, safeguarding data security and integrity.
• Assess and incorporate cutting-edge technologies to maintain the company’s competitive edge in the industry.
• Oversee the IT budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
• Steer initiatives to modernize IT infrastructure, deploy new systems, and refine existing ones.

Essential Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• More than 15 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position as Head of IT or equivalent in a multifaceted business setting.
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP implementation and system integration, including comprehensive deployment, customization, and troubleshooting.
