Position Available: MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with extensive hands-on expertise in Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and .NET technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute and complete Dynamics CRM development tasks within established deadlines.
• Create technical designs and comprehensive development documentation.
• Conduct unit testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify and rectify application defects.
• Facilitate user training and support activities following implementation.
• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and comprehend requirements.
• Engage in full lifecycle implementations and deployments of Dynamics CRM.

Essential Skills

• Proficient hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Thorough understanding of CRM entities, workflows, configuration, and customization.
• Solid experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, and Web Resources.
• Experience in developing CRM integrations.
• Practical knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with creating Custom Pages, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages.
• Strong understanding of .NET / C#.
• Good familiarity with SQL Server and SSRS.
• Functional insight into Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.
• Experience with end-to-end implementations across various versions of Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Experience in managing solutions and deployments across diverse environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in using Jira / Azure Boards / TFS / Git.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Capability to produce high-quality functional and technical documentation.
