Guest Sales Associate

Job Overview:

● Greet, assist, and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and guests.

● Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing inquiries in a polite and helpful manner.

● Capture high-quality images of guests using the Company’s specified photography equipment and protocols. No previous professional photography experience is necessary, as the Company will offer training.

● Display and present guests' photographs in a professional manner, helping them choose their favorite images and souvenir photo products.

● Actively promote and sell the Company’s photography offerings and packages while meeting individual and team sales objectives.

● Maintain all photography equipment and workstations in optimal condition, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

● Accurately process customer transactions in line with the Company’s operational procedures.

● Adhere to all Company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health and safety regulations.

● Undertake any additional duties, tasks, or responsibilities assigned by the Company that are reasonably related to the role.
