Job Description*
Position Summary
The M365 Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on the analysis, design, and enhancement of solutions within the Microsoft 365 framework.
*Key Responsibilities*
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with business units to identify processes, workflows, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Convert business needs into functional specifications for M365 solutions.
Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
Prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.
Solution Design & Implementation
Design and document solutions based on M365 (including SharePoint sites, Teams structure, workflow automation, etc.).
Assist in configuring and deploying M365 tools in partnership with IT and development teams.
Ensure that solutions adhere to best practices concerning governance, security, and compliance.
User Adoption & Change Management
Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation for newly implemented or updated solutions.
Provide end-user training and continuous support.
Collaborate with the Change Management team to create rollout and communication plans.
Encourage the adoption of collaboration tools and advocate for best practices.
Assist in overseeing M365 governance policies, lifecycle management, and data integrity.
Track platform usage and suggest enhancements for improved performance and user adoption.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role, ideally with a focus on Microsoft 365.
Comprehensive knowledge of M365 applications: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, etc.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise.
Proven experience in process analysis, workflow modeling, and business process enhancement.
