Executive - Technical Support (English, Mandarin and Cantonese Language Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• The Executive Technical Support role requires native-level proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
• Handle calls and digital communications to assist customers and clients with technical issues related to daily computer usage (including desktop, laptop, tablet, and other devices).
• Identify the technical problem and provide resolutions either during the call or by arranging for further service.
• Manage cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely follow-ups and regular updates to customers regarding the status of their issues.
• Consistently aim to surpass customer expectations and fulfill their needs.
• Keep informed about new processes and product releases by reviewing updates, studying product specifications, and engaging in team meetings, training sessions, forums, and discussions.
• Provide constructive feedback to Team Leaders and the Customer Care Manager regarding potential areas for improvement.
• Exhibit the maturity necessary to work independently from home or remotely with minimal supervision.
• Meet the established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.

Required Skills:

• Possession of a Degree, Diploma, or a comparable professional qualification.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Recent graduates with effective communication skills and experience in managing computer/laptop-related technical issues are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of desktop, laptop, and tablet hardware and technology.
• Proficient technical knowledge with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite applications.

• Competitive Salary (RM3,000 – RM4,000).
