IT Application Software Engineer

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in application development, programming, software design, systems support, and application database management.

Demonstrated experience in supporting multi-tier infrastructures is essential.

Experience in managing multiple integration systems, both batch and online, is required.

Technical expertise in the following areas is necessary:

Linux

IBM DB2 (experience with MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle is also acceptable)

SQL

PHP (prior programming experience is a valuable asset)

Shell scripting

Javascript

Web applications

SOAP, REST, XML integration

Proficiency in Problem and Incident Management is crucial.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are necessary.

Capability in analyzing user needs is essential.

Analytical thinking skills are required.

Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills are important.

Knowledge and experience within the Loan Origination domain will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities include managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring overall performance.
