Data Migration Deployment Lead

Key Responsibilities:

•    Oversee and coordinate data migration and deployment initiatives across various regions and markets.

•    Act as the primary liaison among global teams, system integrator partners, and local market coordinators.

•    Manage the entire data migration process from legacy systems to platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, Salesforce, and others.

•    Guarantee data quality, validation, governance adherence, and resolution of issues throughout the migration process.

•    Facilitate stakeholder engagement, reporting, risk management, and informed decision-making.

•    Assist with testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities to ensure successful project delivery.

•    Identify potential risks, drive ongoing improvements, and foster a proactive, solution-focused culture.

Qualifications:

•    3–5 years of experience in Data Migration, Master Data Management, or Data Readiness within large-scale, multi-country transformation projects.

•    In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA; experience with SAP PLM or Centric PLM is a plus.

•    Understanding of ETL processes, data validation, data quality management, profiling, and migration strategies.

•    Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and engaging diverse stakeholders.

•    Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

•    Proactive, adaptable, results-oriented, and comfortable in multicultural environments.

•    Fluent in English and open to international travel as needed.
