Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant who possesses extensive expertise in comprehensive technology recruitment. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in identifying and placing specialized technology professionals, managing relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing recruitment processes from initial requirement gathering through to offer management and onboarding.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Microsoft technology recruitment. However, individuals with a strong background in executive search within specialized talent markets are also welcome to apply.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to comprehend hiring needs and workforce planning objectives.
• Devise and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technology talent.
• Establish and nurture robust candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations through consistent communication and insights into the market.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and provide recommendations based on both technical expertise and cultural alignment.
• Negotiate offers and assist in the successful placement of candidates.
• Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and competitor recruitment activities.
• Keep precise records of recruitment activities and report on relevant metrics.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, ideally within the technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical and IT roles.
• Experience in hiring for Microsoft technologies or related skill sets is highly preferred.
• Alternatively, substantial experience in executive search, headhunting, or specialized talent acquisition will be taken into consideration.
• Capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across various levels.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in managing both hiring manager and candidate expectations efficiently.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
• Results-driven, proactive, and adept at navigating a fast-paced work environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for positions related to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or other Microsoft technologies.
• Strong networking and talent mapping skills.
• Background in recruitment agencies, executive search firms, or corporate talent acquisition teams.
