Specialist Technical Support - (English, Cantonese and Mandarin Language Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively engages with individuals to collect information and understand their requirements and expectations.
• Exhibits the ability to pose insightful questions.
• Can articulate the concept of a solution provided during the initial interaction, which may encompass one or more of the following:
• Document and conclude the call in alignment with the training guidelines.
• Consult a Level 1.5 or other resource for supplementary assistance or consultation.
• Escalate issues to a Level 2 or other resource as per Buyer policy.
• Proven ability to adhere to the established workflow and troubleshooting protocols to resolve issues.
• Effectively manages Customer expectations concerning resolution and/or follow-up.
• Demonstrates empathy towards the Customer's situation and addresses their emotional needs to facilitate the resolution of technical issues.
• Maintains good attendance and follows through on tasks until completion.
• Shows willingness to undertake detailed or routine tasks necessary for achieving outcomes.

Required Skills:

• Experience, Education, and Certification:
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• College degree (preferred).
• Required knowledge of the PC industry.
• Preferred experience in sales/service within retail, sales, service, or other support-oriented sectors.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical support experience related to hardware.
• Ideal candidates will possess the following prerequisite qualifications:
• Prior experience in a similar technical support position with demonstrated sales capabilities.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment that supports customer needs.
