Executive Customer Service - (English, Mandarin and Cantonese Language Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• The Customer Service Representative (CSR) must demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• The CSR will provide assistance for enquiry calls including:
• Updating member details such as address and phone number.
• Facilitating phone-in redemptions.
• Processing requests for lost, stolen, or faulty cards.
• Unsubscribing from promotional emails or SMS messages.
• Managing changes, cancellations, or recovery of partner point transfers.
• Addressing enquiries related to member accounts, programs, and promotions.
• Responding to queries regarding ExxonMobil loyalty services.
• Offering support for loyalty program-related enquiries.
• Handling member questions about redemption status, including non-received or lost vouchers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualifications of SPM/STPM with relevant work experience.
• A diploma or higher educational qualification is preferred.
• Exhibit strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Cantonese proficiency is considered an asset.
• Demonstrate initiative, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Possess strong multitasking capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Office, MS Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute.
• Solid problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service-focused mindset.

Compensation Package:
