React Native developer

·      Create flawless and visually appealing user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms

·      Utilize APIs to achieve seamless integration across both platforms

·      Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues

·      Maintain code quality and develop automated tests to ensure top-notch product standards

·      Oversee and manage the entire solution testing process, including system integration testing (SIT), regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), performance testing, and deployment in production, ensuring all critical issues are addressed during the testing phase as per project timelines.

·      Compile all necessary technical and operational documentation in preparation for business-as-usual (BAU) handover.

·      Schedule all releases based on the project plan and operational readiness.

·      Ensure the architecture and infrastructure are solid and reliable for deployment.

·      Monitor, track, and suggest strategies to resolve and close significant issues and defects in the project pipeline.

·      Provide regular updates and reports on development progress, production challenges, and risks to relevant stakeholders.

·      A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in mobile application and web development within commercial, service-based, or vendor organizations, or established banks/financial institutions

·      Extensive experience in application development with a strong understanding of digital solutions tailored for banking and consumer banking sectors

·      Proficient in using tools for development during code reviews, build processes, and more.

·      Adept at tackling complex problems with a comprehensive understanding of technical specifications

·      Experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and matrixed work environment

·      Full stack development experience is highly valued

·      Strong grasp of web and mobile front-end technologies

·      Good understanding of user experience in digital banking

·      Familiarity with CI/CD toolchains

·      Experience with microservices and Kubernetes is an added advantage

·      Background in building digital banking or eCommerce applications

·      Experience in Agile project methodologies

·      Solid experience with DevOps tools

·      Proficient in the following technologies: React.js, React Native, TypeScript, iOS SDK,

·      Android SDK, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS; knowledge of MFP is a plus

·      Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, web services, RESTful APIs, and JSON

·      Experience with RDBMS, as well as Object-Oriented Approaches and Methodologies

·      Database experience with PostgreSQL.

·      Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks and practices

·      Experience with automated testing suites (e.g., JMeter, TOSCA, etc.)
