Human Resources Manager (WY)

Primary Duties:

• Oversee all HR processes for arcade frontline personnel, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and separations
• Guide and assist outlet supervisors with staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and team performance enhancements
• Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and organizational HR policies
• Work in conjunction with arcade operations to meet staffing requirements, manage absenteeism, and resolve staffing challenges during busy periods
• Assess and enhance employee morale, retention rates, and overall engagement
• Conduct routine staff check-ins and on-site HR assessments
• Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave administration
• Prepare HR-related documentation for management analysis
• Develop and optimize HR standard operating procedures tailored to arcade operations

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in overseeing retail or food and beverage frontline personnel
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, shift scheduling, and workforce planning
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities in English (additional proficiency in Mandarin or other local dialects is a plus)
• Capable of excelling in a hands-on capacity within a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Knowledgeable about local employment legislation and HR best practices
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and HR software systems (such as time and attendance tracking tools)
• Must be willing to work on-site at the arcade and interact with operational staff on a daily basis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within the amusement, arcade, food and beverage chains, or entertainment sectors
• Capability to manage HR functions across various outlets or teams
