Position Title: Global ERP Cutover Lead

Primary Duties

Formulate and implement the comprehensive global ERP cutover strategy and plan, ensuring that it aligns with project objectives, deadlines, and organizational needs.

Oversee cutover planning initiatives, encompassing scheduling, resource distribution, data migration, system transitions, and procedural modifications.

Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and supervise mock cutover exercises to guarantee preparation for the go-live phase.

Recognize, address, and elevate cutover-related risks and challenges to minimize operational disruptions.

Offer post-go-live assistance, collaborate closely with hypercare teams, and document insights for future implementations.

Maintain thorough cutover documentation and regularly update stakeholders on progress, risks, and status.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in leading SAP ERP implementation and deployment initiatives.

Robust project management skills; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.

Strong grasp of ERP systems, cutover management, and data migration methodologies.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.

Proven leadership experience in diverse, global environments with the capability to perform effectively under pressure.

Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills with a focus on achieving results.
