Position Summary
We are in search of Korean-speaking individuals who possess excellent English communication abilities to be a part of a Social Media initiative in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The candidate should have a strong command of both Korean and English and be adaptable to working in a 24×7 operational setting.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Proficient in the Korean language.
• Competent English communication skills.
• A minimum English assessment score of B2 is required.
• Willingness to participate in rotational shifts within a 24×7 operational framework.
• Immediate availability or the ability to commence work on short notice is preferred.
• Prior experience in social media operations, customer service, sales, or a related discipline is a plus.
