Executive Technical Support - (Vietnamese and English Language Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• In the capacity of L1.0 Technical Support, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and customer service to Lenovo users and clients.
• Handle calls and digital communications to support customers and clients experiencing technical difficulties with various devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and related equipment.
• Manage cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely follow-ups and regular updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Keep informed about new processes and product launches by reviewing updates, studying product specifications, and engaging in team meetings, training sessions, forums, and discussions.
• Offer constructive feedback to Team Leaders and the Customer Care Manager regarding potential areas for enhancement.

Required Skills:

• A degree, diploma, or an equivalent professional qualification; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
• Recent graduates with strong English communication skills and experience in managing computers/laptops or addressing technical issues are welcome.
• Familiarity with the hardware and technology of desktops, laptops, and tablets.
• Technical expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting methods.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suites.
• A strong commitment to teamwork, with the capacity to offer expertise and adhere to leadership guidance when necessary.

Compensation Package:

• Competitive Salary (RM 3,000 - RM 4,000).
