Overview

We are looking for a Senior IAM / Microsoft Entra ID Architect / Engineer to become an integral part of our team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will possess significant expertise in crafting and executing comprehensive IAM solutions that guarantee secure user access while adhering to industry compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions utilizing Microsoft Entra ID.
• Oversee and enhance IAM processes and technologies to uphold security and regulatory compliance.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce access control policies.
• Offer technical expertise and support for IAM-related projects and initiatives.
• Perform risk assessments and audits concerning identity management.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the IAM landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in IAM or related disciplines.
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Active Directory.
• Familiarity with IAM tools and technologies, including SSO, MFA, and identity governance.
• Strong grasp of security protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation purposes.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
