Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled Entra Hybrid Authentication, NPS, VPN & VDI Engineer to become a part of our team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will possess a robust expertise in authentication solutions, network security, and virtual desktop infrastructures. This position is vital for ensuring secure access and the effective management of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee hybrid authentication solutions utilizing Entra.
• Set up and manage the Network Policy Server (NPS) to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes.
• Administer VPN services to facilitate secure remote access for users.
• Oversee Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions to enhance remote work capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the smooth integration of authentication services.
• Identify and resolve issues related to authentication, VPN, and VDI functionalities.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in authentication technologies and security best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a closely related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid authentication mechanisms and related protocols.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra and Azure AD services.
• Proficient in the configuration and management of Network Policy Server (NPS).
• Practical experience with various VPN technologies and solutions (e.g., IPsec, SSL VPN).
• Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies like VMware Horizon or Citrix.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
