Assistant Manager, Trade Product

Position Overview

• To facilitate the growth of the Bank's Trade segment by developing and managing various Trade products and associated policies.
• Creating tailored solutions for clients while enhancing processes and systems, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, risk management, and operational efficiencies.
• Providing expert advisory services related to Trade products and operations.
• Conducting briefings and training sessions for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the banking sector.
• At least 4 years of dedicated experience in Trade Finance products, sales, or operations.
• Familiarity with Islamic Trade products is a valuable asset.
• Experience in Trade systems, including defining functional requirements, testing, and implementation, is a plus.
• Background in workflow and process reengineering is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
