About the Role

We are looking for a skilled MFT professional to assist in the design, development, configuration, testing, and ongoing operations of enterprise file transfer solutions. This position emphasizes Managed File Transfer platforms such as Flow Manager, Secure Transport, Sentinel, and Axway Transfer CFT within Linux, AIX, Windows, and AS400 environments, ensuring secure, dependable, and optimal data exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive MFT solutions for system upgrades, projects, and integrations.
• Create and oversee file transfer flows between CFT instances utilizing Flow Manager.
• Develop and sustain JSON-based workflows to automate Secure Transport configurations including accounts, sites, routing, and subscriptions.
• Configure and manage Axway Transfer CFT on Linux, AIX, Windows, and AS400 platforms.
• Implement and oversee SSL/TLS security, encryption, certificates, and authentication frameworks.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validation for file transfer solutions.
• Provide comprehensive operational support to ensure the availability, stability, and performance of MFT platforms.
• Administer Flow Manager, Secure Transport, Sentinel, and Transfer CFT, including configuration, patching, and upgrades.
• Apply the latest patches and system updates across all MFT components.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve file transfer failures, performance issues, and connectivity challenges.
• Manage certificates, lifecycle, keys, and user access controls across all platforms.
• Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive system monitoring.
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL practices.
• Facilitate CFT migrations across platforms (Linux, AIX, Windows, AS400) and assist with infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with application teams to integrate new solutions and implement secure file transfer practices.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Flow Manager, Secure Transport, Sentinel, and Axway Transfer CFT
• Strong knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, PESIT protocols
• Experience in Shell/Python scripting and JSON-based automation
• Expertise in SSL/TLS, encryption, and certificate/key management
• Experience across Linux, AIX, Windows, and AS400 systems
• Skills in patching, upgrades, and MFT platform administration
• Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning abilities
