Sales Associate, Direct Sales (Nationwide)

This position entails overseeing the execution of various sales activities as assigned periodically. The focus is on promoting and selling Retail Banking Products, including Credit Cards, Personal Loans (AMONEYLINE), and CASA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a personalized sales strategy aimed at achieving monthly sales objectives.
• Engage in up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to enhance overall sales results.
• Maintain adherence to the code of conduct and ensure compliance consistently.
• Foster a professional environment that promotes career growth and development.
• Implement and manage essential administrative functions effectively.
• Follow through and execute sales programs diligently.
• Address and resolve all customer inquiries promptly.
• Oversee any other ad-hoc campaigns as directed.
• Communicate proficiently in English, Mandarin, and Malay to effectively assist and consult with clients or customers.
