Specialist - SVC and Solution DT Procurement consultant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with Service Procurement users to gather, thoroughly explore, and clarify their requirements.
• Collaborate with various project stakeholders, including business owners, the IT team, and project managers, to align on project scope and delivery timelines while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with the IT team to design effective solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Assume the role of project manager to oversee risk management, schedule creation, requirement clarification, SIT, and UAT, ensuring the project launches successfully and meets business needs.
• Conduct issue analysis and guide the IT team in designing solutions and resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields in Information Management.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirement analysis, product ownership, or enterprise digital transformation.
• Preferred experience in SAP Service Procurement, requirement analysis, and project management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• A solid sense of teamwork along with quick troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive work ethic with a strong sense of ownership.
