IT Development Associate Specialist (English and Mandarin Language Support)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-end Web Development:
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (including HTML5 and CSS3), with a solid understanding of fundamental front-end technologies and related development standards.
• Experience with the Vue framework is preferred, ideally with project involvement.
• Basic knowledge of a back-end programming language (such as Java, PHP, or Python) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the Linux development environment and ability to utilize common Linux commands.
• Strong communication skills paired with a collaborative spirit and a proactive work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to the technical requirements of project development.

• Java Development:
• Solid grasp of the Java programming language and mainstream frameworks (including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Mybatis, Dubbo, Spring Cloud, etc.), with practical project experience being a strong plus.
• Proficient in MySQL database management.
• Understanding of Redis caching technology.
• Familiar with the Linux development environment and capable of executing common Linux commands.
• Knowledgeable about the setup and configuration of Nginx and Tomcat servers.
• Experience with essential tools such as Maven, GIT, and Jenkins.
• Diligent worker with a passion for learning, innovation, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency, with strong communication abilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, product management, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to analyze and address complex issues.
• Able to operate within a diverse, global team environment.
• Proficiency in Chinese for communication with overseas development teams is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
