Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume a pivotal role in Lenovo's Digital Transformation initiatives, providing support for change management and solution deployment in global service supply chain projects.
• Collaborate with both business and IT implementation teams to advance the digital transformation journey.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to design service-related processes and IT system solutions, implement service initiatives, project blueprints, testing support, training, and go-live assistance.
• Conduct surveys with the business team to continuously optimize solutions.
• Respond promptly to urgent business issues while fostering strong relationships with users.
• Prepare and deliver daily work reports to the Digital Transformation team.

Required Skills:

• Outstanding communication abilities, with a proven track record in collaboration and facilitation within a cross-team environment.
• A background in digitalization and IT is highly desirable.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and Chinese.
• Expertise in SAP SD/GL modules, with a solid understanding of standard SD and warehouse operations, complemented by over 10 years of relevant experience, preferably including international projects or company exposure.
• Experience in communication and presentation (both oral and written), effectively conveying ideas and results to local, regional, and global audiences.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on responsibilities to address user and team challenges.
• Knowledge and experience in post-sales service business are advantageous.
