Job Description
- Proficient in AWS technology stacks and services, with familiarity in other cloud providers and technologies considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in developing applications utilizing AWS services, including Connect, S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, EC2, AWS Lambda, AppSync, Kinesis,
- Lex, Polly, Transcribe, ECS, EKS (a plus), ECR, and others.
- Expertise in creating Serverless Architecture solutions using Docker, Lambda, ECS, EKS, etc., and Microservice Architecture.
- Understanding of Networking concepts such as VPC, Ingress, Egress, Security Groups, and Load Balancers.
- Possession of certifications like AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent is advantageous.
- Extensive experience with Node.js, ReactJS, NextJS, Typescript, and MERN stack equivalents.
- Familiarity with WebRTC technology is a plus.
- Experience in working with Contact Center technologies is a bonus.
- Background in developing GenAI applications, with knowledge of GenAI concepts such as Context, Token, Completions, Temperature, RAG, and Hallucination.
- Experience utilizing LangChain, LangGraph, and Python.
- Strong experience with Google ADK is a significant advantage.
- Experience in Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, and Speech-to-Speech technologies is a plus.
- Proficient in working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as BitBucket pipeline.
- Familiarity with Unit Testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, and Cypress.
- Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using Terraform.
- Knowledge of source code repositories and branching strategies in Git, along with proficiency in tools like GitHub, GitLab, and BitBucket.
- Working knowledge of Agile and/or Lean methodologies, including tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Sharepoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
