We are looking for a skilled Java Production Support Lead to manage our production support team based in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in Java development and production support, demonstrating a solid history of enhancing application performance and effectively resolving incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the production support team in diagnosing and resolving issues related to Java applications.
• Oversee application performance monitoring and implement strategies to improve overall stability and efficiency.
• Work in collaboration with development teams to roll out updates and manage incidents proficiently.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for production support protocols and procedures.
• Offer training and mentorship to junior members of the support staff.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of applications and services.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in Java application development and production support.
• In-depth knowledge of Java, J2EE, and associated frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Familiarity with application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, or WebSphere.
• Expertise in database technologies, including SQL and Oracle.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools and tuning practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions with clients and team members.
