Overview

We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer to become a vital part of our innovative team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in Pega development and will take charge of designing, developing, and enhancing Pega applications to align with our organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications in accordance with business specifications.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical documentation.
• Improve and refine existing Pega applications to boost performance and enhance user experience.
• Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing as well as user acceptance testing.
• Offer technical assistance and resolve issues related to Pega applications.
• Keep detailed documentation for all development activities, including design specifications and user manuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and implementation.
• Expertise in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and associated tools.
• In-depth knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Pega's Rule-based architecture and data modeling strategies.
• Acquaintance with Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
