Credit Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of corporate credit, which includes preparing credit proposals for new applications and additional exposure, ensuring precise recognition and assessment of risks for the Bank.
• Carry out regular reviews of a portfolio consisting of large corporate accounts to detect any signs of credit deterioration and suggest corrective measures when necessary.
• Stay informed about market developments to remain alert to trends that may impact current and future credit exposure, including changes in regulations and policies.
• Adhere to the Bank's credit risk underwriting guidelines and other internal protocols, as well as regulatory requirements and operational procedures.
• Manage financing and security documentation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution; OR possess relevant professional credentials (such as ACCA, CPA)
• Professional Credit Certification (AICB) or an equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 8 years of credit experience in Corporate Banking (Senior Manager level).
• A minimum of 4-5 years of credit experience in Corporate Banking (Manager level).
• Strong credit analytical capabilities.
• Good understanding of legal documentation to pinpoint areas that may pose credit risks.
• Excellent communication skills.
