Corporate Advisory Manager

Who are we seeking?

We are in search of a Corporate Advisory Manager who is energetic, meticulous, and has a robust background in corporate finance and advisory services. The perfect candidate will have a proven track record in the origination, structuring, and execution of corporate proposals, which encompasses corporate and capital restructuring, fundraising initiatives, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, along with other strategic projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the origination, structuring, and execution of corporate proposals, including corporate and capital restructuring, fundraising initiatives, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and more.
• Deliver thorough corporate advisory services to clients, which includes conducting industry research and assessing the value of businesses and assets.
• Support project management and coordination of engagements, ensuring that timelines and goals are achieved.
• Perform detailed due diligence before and after investments to guarantee compliance and effective risk management.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure continued business support and development.
• Collaborate closely with investees, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that project timelines are adhered to and that deliverables meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is advantageous.
• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, internal or external auditing, or other related areas.
• A solid understanding of financial markets, corporate finance principles, and valuation methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical abilities in market research and a keen eye for detail when reviewing documents and verifying information.
• Experience with implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems or integrated systems will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to foster and maintain client relationships.
• A high degree of initiative, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
