Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Implementation and Team Leadership: Drive the execution of our business growth strategy in Johor while guiding and nurturing a team comprising sales consultants, project engineers, and an administrative executive.
• Sales, Operations, and Financial Oversight: Manage sales initiatives, daily operations, and financial matters to achieve branch objectives, enhance efficiency, and secure profitability.
• Compliance, Risk Management, and Reporting: Ensure adherence to operational regulations, oversee risk management, and maintain transparent communication with headquarters through consistent updates and reports regarding sales outcomes, financial status, and market analysis.
• Market Research and Customer Engagement: Continuously monitor local market dynamics, adapt strategies as needed, and build robust customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Crisis Management and Customer Support: Formulate contingency strategies, address unexpected challenges, and prioritize crisis management to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership abilities with an emphasis on team coordination, coaching, and personal development.
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and current industry trends.
• Competence in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to perform under pressure and effectively manage crises.
