Our client is a reputable international bank with a strong footprint across Asia. They are currently seeking a Client Acquisition Manager to support the continued expansion of their business.

about the job

• Identify and target affluent individuals using networking, referrals, and market research.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affluent clients to understand their financial goals and deliver tailored banking solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design customized solutions aligned with clients' requirements.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to continually enhance acquisition strategies.
• Maintain close working relationships with internal partners to support referrals and to ensure attractive or exclusive offers.
• Ensure all advisory procedures and documentation are completed properly in line with the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated history of success in acquiring and managing affluent clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with affluent individuals.
• Ability to present effectively and clearly communicate ideas and concepts.
• Positive working attitude, highly motivated, and results-driven.
