Our client, a leading international bank in Asia, is inviting suitable candidates to join their team as a Business Development Manager.

about the role

In this Business Development Manager role, your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively identifying and acquiring new borrowing accounts through outreach efforts and referrals.
• Providing tailored financial solutions to effectively meet the needs of SME clients.
• Developing and maintaining strong sales networks with internal and external business partners, including Relationship Managers, Property Agents and Brokers.
• Ensuring strict compliance with the Bank’s internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining high standards in advisory procedures and documentation.

skills and experience required

• Minimum diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business loan or mortgage loan sales would be advantageous.
• Good working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented.
