Our client is a highly regarded international bank with a strong footprint across Asia. To support ongoing business expansion, they are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team. This role offers a strong opportunity for a candidate to lead product initiatives, support business growth, and collaborate closely with key stakeholders throughout the organisation.

about the job

• Develop and lead product strategies and initiatives aligned with the bank’s broader business objectives.
• Manage product development, enhancements, and new business opportunities to reinforce the bank’s market position.
• Find opportunities to improve product offerings, enhance the customer experience, and drive business profitability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to execute priority business initiatives.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities and improvement areas.

skills and experience required

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally with experience related to corporate or business banking.
• Solid understanding of banking products, credit assessment, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to drive business growth and manage initiatives independently.
