PowerPoint Presentation Specialist (Bank | Adobe Creative Suite)

Exciting Opportunity

• Adecco is collaborating with a premier banking institution to recruit a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist.
• This position initially offers a 12-month contractual engagement.

Role Overview

• Create polished, professional presentations across various formats, including conceptual and layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations, icons, and more.
• Transform slides and presentation materials into visually compelling formats to enhance engagement.
• Collaborate within the graphics and presentations team responsible for developing pitch books and other marketing collateral.
• Partner with Project Coordinators and Creative Directors on design projects to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Support the development of pitch book materials using MS Office tools, providing conceptual and visual enhancements to elevate client presentations.
• Engage with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and translate them into visually impactful designs. Adapt presentations for diverse purposes and audiences.
• Ensure all work complies with established style guidelines and best practices, aiming for complete accuracy in line with briefs.
• Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines consistently.
• Proactively suggest innovative ideas and stay informed about emerging design trends aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate smoothly with presentation and design teams during handovers to ensure seamless workflow.
• Engage proactively with clients to gather detailed specifications and work briefs, documenting instructions for global design teams.
• Record and summarize client instructions clearly for designers, briefing them on specific requirements as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in creative services within a corporate or client-facing environment, preferably in the financial sector such as Investment Banking, Asset Management, or related industries.
• Proficient in industry-standard graphic design software.
• Experience in proofreading and refining presentation materials.
• Familiarity with external print processes.
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Professional.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Understanding of foundational Generative AI applications such as Firefly and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
