Business Development Manager (SME Loans)

We are representing a prominent international banking institution based in Asia that is actively looking for talented professionals to fill the position of Business Development Manager.

About the Role

In the capacity of Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively identifying and securing new borrowing accounts through outreach and referral strategies.
• Providing tailored financial solutions to meet the specific requirements of SME clients.
• Establishing robust sales networks with both internal stakeholders and external partners, such as Relationship Managers, Property Agents, and Brokers.
• Ensuring compliance with the Bank's internal policies, business procedures, and regulatory standards, while maintaining excellence in advisory practices and documentation.

Skills and Experience Required

• A minimum diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business loan or mortgage loan sales is preferred.
• A positive working attitude, strong motivation, and a results-driven approach.
