Candidate Profile

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Microelectronics, or any Engineering discipline
• Ideally 2 - 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Strong technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up capabilities
• Familiarity with Assembly, Build, Testing, and Preventive Maintenance
• Willingness to work flexible hours in accordance with training schedules

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training through both lectures and hands-on practical sessions
• Share relevant experiences that enhance the training process
• Adhere closely to the established training curriculum
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assist managers and senior staff as necessary in planning
• Follow safety protocols consistently, reinforcing safety as a core value
