Job Summary
Collaborate closely with the AMR team manager to execute hiring assignments for junior to mid-level positions across diverse sectors by performing market research, formulating talent acquisition strategies, engaging with top-tier talent, and overseeing the complete recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze market data to produce actionable insights that inform recruitment strategies
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to hiring requests and talent personas to attract ideal candidates
- Conduct market mapping to discover potential talent pools and emerging industry trends
- Engage with early-stage top talent to establish a pipeline for immediate and future hiring requirements
- Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidate fit for available roles
- Create and publish job postings on relevant job boards to enhance candidate visibility
- Work closely with the direct manager to ensure recruitment efforts align with organizational needs
Required competencies and certifications
- At least one year of experience in Commercial areas such as Recruitment, Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, or Market Research
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Motivated, open-minded, and eager to develop with resilience and a long-term outlook
