AVP/VP, Senior Offshore Relationship Manager

Our client, a prominent international banking institution with a robust presence in Asia, is seeking to enhance its offshore operations by hiring Senior Offshore Relationship Managers.

About the Role

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients across offshore markets, including North Asia, Southeast Asia, Non-Resident Indian, and the Rest of the World, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and ensuring client loyalty.
• Proactively identify and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted business development strategies specific to your market segment.
• Work closely with internal product specialists to create and deliver customized investment, wealth management, and bancassurance solutions that cater to the unique requirements of clients in your area.
• Maintain current knowledge of financial markets, regulatory updates, and economic trends that affect offshore banking clients.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by offering personalized service, performing regular portfolio assessments, and maintaining proactive communication in culturally sensitive manners.
• Provide timely insights and recommendations based on market dynamics and investment opportunities.
• Compile and present periodic reports on portfolio performance, client engagement, and business development efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore banking is preferable.
• Demonstrated success in managing HNW relationships and meeting sales objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products, wealth management services, and bancassurance offerings.
