Equipment Engineering Manager (Wafer sorting/testing)

Exciting Opportunity:

Join a distinguished semiconductor firm as an integral member of the wafer testing and process enhancement projects.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Your Role:

• Oversee machine performance, playing a key role in enhancing Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
• Lead the Engineering Team in addressing daily production challenges and offer direction on corrective actions.
• Mentor and coach engineers to foster their professional development.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Assist the team with problem-solving across different departments.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons learned among all engineers.
• Commit to achieving departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage new project initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred background in equipment assembly, testing, and engineering operations.
• Demonstrates teamwork, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
• Exhibits effective leadership and people management capabilities.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Adept at problem-solving, with the ability to analyze data, interpret findings, and present conclusions effectively.
• Familiarity with 8D problem-solving methodology.
• Proficient in project management techniques.
