Business Development Manager (SME Loans)

Our esteemed client, a prominent international bank based in Asia, is actively looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Business Development Manager.

About the Position

In the role of Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and securing new borrowing accounts through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Providing tailored financial solutions to meet the specific needs of SME clients.
• Establishing robust sales networks with both internal teams and external partners, including Relationship Managers, Property Agents, and Brokers.
• Ensuring compliance with the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and regulatory standards while upholding high levels of advisory excellence and documentation accuracy.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum diploma in any field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business loan or mortgage loan sales is preferred.
• A positive working attitude, with a strong motivation to achieve results.
