We are in search of a talented Analyst with 5 to 8 years of pertinent experience to become a part of our dynamic team. This position involves overseeing the complete Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) processes, serving as an essential link between business stakeholders, control functions, and executive leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Third-Party & Outsourcing Risk Management

Lead comprehensive risk profiling of vendors, ensuring that the assessment of inherent risks and tier classifications are consistent with the company's TPRM framework and applicable regulatory requirements.

Take ownership of the creation of audit-ready Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) documentation, addressing intricate factors such as concentration risk, exit strategies, sub-outsourcing, and data residency.

2. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

Employ advanced business analysis techniques to gather and organize business and operational requirements from service owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Facilitate structured review sessions with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Data Privacy teams to collect feedback and obtain required approvals.

Act as a technical translator, transforming complex SME insights into clear risk documentation and materials suitable for leadership presentation.

3. Leadership Reporting & PMO Assistance

Develop engaging, high-quality presentation materials for Risk Committees and Board-level discussions.

Deliver comprehensive PMO support, including tracking milestones, escalating issues, and coordinating across workstreams to ensure effective project implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Business Analysis, or Operational Risk.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in advanced business analysis documentation and possess expert-level capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel for executive reporting.
• Competencies: Strong capability to identify gaps in risk assessments, manage stakeholder timelines effectively, and convert technical details for governance purposes.
